When I focus on a certain gene, what information can I get?
Gene sequence, various gene identifiers, gene coordinate, gene product, transcripts of this gene, transcripts coverage, TPM of this gene, SNP in this gene, inferred introns in this gene and differential expression multiple of this gene between different conditions.

How to locate my target gene?
Method 1: From the home page, click "View Data Straightly", select the cyanobacteria species you concerned, focus on the menu bar at the top of the page, click "View" → "Search features", and input gene name or gene number or gene tag in search box to locate you target gene, click button "Go" to view gene details in JBrowse.
Method 2: Open page "Gene" → "Gene List", select the cyanobacteria species you concerned, press "Ctrl + F" in keyboard to launch "Find" function of the web browser, input any information related to locate your target gene, click the first field of the row of your target gene to view gene details in JBrowse.
Method 3: From the home page, click "View Data Straightly", select the cyanobacteria species you concerned, focus on the tool bar at the top of the page, select the chromosome, input coordinate of your target gene in the box ahead button "Go" and click button "Go" to locate your target gene.
How to get a sequence's details without a certain gene identifier?
Open page "Tools" → "Blast", input sequence in search box and check concerned genomes or nt or nr database below the search box, click button "Blast" to find your target sequence, click the link in result to view details of the sequence in JBrowse.
How to get a gene's TPM?
Open page "Gene" → "Gene Expression", select the cyanobacteria species you concerned, search for your target gene or select an interesting gene, double click the button "Fetch gene expression | tpm ". You can download the TPM data and view the details of this gene in JBrowse by one click on this page.
